Comments Policy

All registered users of faithinmemphis.com are allowed to comment on any post. Your first two comments will be sent to a queue for approval. If and when both are approved, you will be able to comment directly on any post. But all comments are moderated.

Our goal faithinmemphis.com is to provide a space for informative, interesting, constructive and civil conversation about matters of public interest in the greater Memphis community.

If you disagree, please do so with civility and courtesy, and without insulting, mocking, or slandering others personally. Focus your comments on positions, not personalities.

Personal attacks, name calling, libel, defamation, hate speech and prejudice will not be tolerated. Neither will threats, bullying or obscenity, imposters, plagiarism, rumors, allegations, conspiracy theories and other information which we know to be false or unsubstantiated.

Stay on topic. Keep your comments relatively brief and to the point.

Respect the privacy of others. Don’t use other people’s names, personal information or contact information.

This is not the place for advertising, promotion or soliciting.

Comments that violate these rules will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be blocked from making further comments.
