NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER EVENTS IN SHELBY COUNTY


NDP Memphis at Tiger Lane, at the Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium and Fairgrounds.

·         There will be a Prayer Station on May 2 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  You are invited to participate by coming to pray for one hour with Christians from around the Memphis Metro area.

·         There will be a Community Prayer Rally at 5:45 with Mayor Luttrell, Steve Gaines, Ralph White and other area pastors and leaders, with a time of worship and praise.

Tiger Lane is at the fairgrounds, in front of the Liberty Bowl.  Enter on East Parkway at Nelson.  Take 240 to Airways, (which turns into East Parkway) go north to Nelson, turn right into fairgrounds complex.

National Day of Prayer Cordova hosted by Koinonia Christian Center

Midtown Memphis NDP Community Prayer Service

Four churches will be praying together in Midtown Memphis:  Binghampton Community Church, All Saints Presbyterian, Church of Jesus Christ Outreach Ministry and Community Bible Church will meet at 6:30 pm for a community prayer time.  There will be a special service for children, and nursery will be available.  601 N. Join us for prayer May 2 at 12:00 Noon as we pray for the City of Memphis and Whitehaven community. We will pray thru the 7 mountains of culture: Government, Education, Family, Arts & Entertainment, Business, Media and Religion as relates to our City. Collierville National Day of Prayer on the Square

·         Prayer at on the Town Hall steps at 500 Poplar View Parkway. Thurs. May 2, at 9:00 AM we will gather for a kick-off ceremony.

·         Community Prayer Station–Thurs., May 2, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, the Community Prayer Station will be located at the Gazebo in the Collierville Historic Downtown Square.  This is in the gazebo located in the center of the square, located off of Main and Rowlett. Everyone is invited to come by anytime to pray (or receive prayer) during this community-wide event.

·         Community Prayer Service–Thurs. May 2, from Noon to 1:00 pm at Collierville Gazebo on the Square located in the downtown Collierville in the park on the corner of Rowlett and Main Street.

Lakeland NDP Event

May 2 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm–Prayer service followed by FUN, FELLOWSHIP & FOOD from 12:30-1:30. We will have pastors from our Raleigh Community praying for our Government, Churches, Military, Families, Educational System, Media and Businesses. Intercession will be made for America, our leadership and our community. There will be entertainment from our local Raleigh schools. We will have a Connect Booth for anyone looking for a church to attend in the Raleigh Area. There will be a booth set up for anyone seeking prayer in their personal life. My 2, 2013, the Wings Labyrinth garden will be open for individuals to walk and pray from 11am – 1pm. Prayer guides will be available to help pray not only for our country, but for the physicians, patients, and family members fighting cancer.
