Georgetown U professor heads Muslims in Memphis events

Two weekend events will open the 11th annual Muslims in Memphis celebration.
Dr. John Obert Voll, professor of Islamic History at Georgetown University, will discuss “The Man Who Changed the World, Muhammad (PBUH),” Saturday evening, and “Fourteen Centuries of Muslim-Christian Dialogues and Conflicts: Where are we now?” Sunday afternoon at Heartsong Church, 800 N. Houston Levee. Seating is limited for both events.
